Returns & Refunds

Unopened Eau de Parfum

Unopened and unused fragrance bottles (8 ml, 30 ml, 50 ml, and 100 ml) in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email hello@lautrevie.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Return address will be provided by email after the return is approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Fragrance Sticks & Opened or Used Fragrance — Final Sale

Fragrance sticks and any opened or used fragrance products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@lautrevie.com with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly, either by replacement or refund.

International Orders — Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable on returned international orders. These charges are collected by the destination country and are outside our control.
