What is Les Vies Possibles?
Les Vies Possibles — the possible lives — is the fragrance collection at the heart of L'Autre Vie. Every scent in the collection is named after a specific moment: a lobby at 8:42 AM, a platform at 11:58, a morning before the city woke. These are not invented scenes. They are the kind of moments that happen and then disappear because no one named them. Each fragrance exists to name one.
How many fragrances are in the collection?
The collection is ongoing. New Moments are added as the archive grows. Each release is numbered and limited — once a Moment sells through, it may not return in the same form. You can view the current collection here.
What does the number on the bottle mean?
Every bottle in Les Vies Possibles carries two numbers: the Moment Number (the scent’s position in the archive, e.g. No.008) and the Bottle Number (your unique copy of that Moment, e.g. Bottle No.0478). Your Bottle Number is yours alone. It is the key to your Moment Archive entry.
Are the fragrances limited edition?
Each Moment is produced in a defined quantity. When a run is complete, the Moment is archived — it may be referenced, but it will not be reprinted identically. This is not a scarcity tactic. It is the nature of a moment: finite by definition.
What concentration are the fragrances?
All fragrances in Les Vies Possibles are Eau de Parfum concentration, formulated without parabens, phthalates, or colorants. Cruelty-free. Produced in Canada.
The Moment Archive
What is the Moment Archive?
The Moment Archive is a private record — yours to keep. When a fragrance becomes part of a moment worth preserving, you can name it, date it, and store it using the QR code on your bottle or Moment Card. The record is private. It takes thirty seconds. You may never share it with anyone. That is entirely the point.
Is the Moment Archive required?
No. Your fragrance works exactly the same whether or not you archive anything. The Archive is an invitation, not an obligation.
Is my archive private?
Yes. Your entries are visible only to you. We do not read them, we do not aggregate them, and we do not use them for marketing. They are yours.
The Discovery Set
What is the Discovery Set?
The Scent Wardrobe — Discovery Set contains five Moments from Les Vies Possibles in 2 ml travel format, along with a printed Moment Card for each scent and a guide to the Within · Around · Beyond system. It is designed to be worn across five days before you choose a full bottle.
Is the Discovery Set price credited toward a full bottle?
Yes. The full cost of your Discovery Set — $120 CAD — is credited automatically at checkout toward any full bottle purchase. No code required.
Which scents are included in the Discovery Set?
The set includes a curated selection of current Moments from across the Within, Around, and Beyond spectrum. The specific five may vary as the collection evolves. The current composition is listed on the product page.
The Scent Wardrobe
What is a Scent Wardrobe?
A Scent Wardrobe is a curated set of full-size bottles — typically three to five — selected to cover the full range of your days: a quieter morning scent, a social daytime presence, an evening fragrance with more reach. Rather than choosing one perfume, a Wardrobe gives you a rotation matched to how your life actually moves.
How do I choose the right Wardrobe?
Each Wardrobe is built around a mood or world — coastal, nocturnal, floral, transformative. If you have completed the Discovery Set, your Moment Archive will suggest a direction. If you are starting fresh, the Discovery Set is the recommended first step.
Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — complimentary standard shipping on orders over $150 CAD within Canada, and over $200 CAD for international orders.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. All orders ship without price information inside the parcel. If you would like to include a personal message, please add it to the order notes at checkout and we will handwrite it on a card.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us at hello@lautrevie.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.
Returns
Can I return a fragrance?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned due to the nature of the product. Full policy on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I start a return?
