A bridge has two sides.
We are on one of them. You are on the other.
L'AUTRE VIE is a small, deliberate operation. We read everything that arrives here. We do not use automated replies for anything that deserves a real one.
BEFORE YOU WRITE
If your question is about an order, a shipment, or an exchange, please include your order number. We will respond within two business days.
If you are writing about something else — a moment the fragrance accompanied, a collaboration, a question about the archive — we are glad you are here. Write whatever you need to write.

THE MOMENT ARCHIVE
If a fragrance became part of a moment worth remembering, you can name and preserve it through The Moment Archive. It takes about thirty seconds. The record remains private unless you choose otherwise.
Some moments disappear because we never name them. Archive yours before it fades.
